Registration Types

As is standard WTR policy, we operate a sector quota system. Once a quota limit is reached, we will be unable to offer a place at WTR Live: Brand Strategy Summit Europe 2026 to those from the relevant sector.

In-House Trademark Professional, Government Representatives: Free to attend.

Law Firm/Attorney Firm: The current rate to attend is £795 and is limited to 2 passes per organisation.

Service Provider: The rate to attend is £995 and is limited to 1 pass per organisation.

The service provider category covers a multitude of organisations including but not limited to patent brokers, analytics companies, consultancies, insurance companies and general service providers.

Cancellation Policy

WTR reserve the right to amend or cancel individual registrations where necessary. Cancellations received in writing before 28 days prior to the event start date will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of £50. Cancellations received after this time will receive a credit with WTR Live that can be used toward a future event. This credit must be redeemed within 1 year. Substitutions can be made at any time.

Delegates wishing to cancel their participation for any of the sessions should notify WTR at info@wtr-events.com.

*If WTR cancel this event, delegates will receive a full refund on their ticket. However, WTR accepts no responsibility for travel or accommodation bookings.

Please note, WTR never sells delegate lists to third parties, if you are contacted by an organisation offering such lists, please disregard.
