Centellic (WTR’s parent company) fully funds and supports free quality education in a child friendly learning environment to disadvantaged girls from the Swawou community of Kenema town, eastern Sierra Leone. We provide a nurturing and safe place to learn, where the girls have the support and encouragement they need to stay in education.
Proceeds from the awards are donated to the Swawou School for Girls in Sierra Leone.
Swawou Layout Community Primary School for Girls was set up in 2008 to offer a free primary education to girls from disadvantaged homes. The following year Centellic became involved with the charity and has provided 100% of the funding each year.
We work with and through the local community to give girls that would otherwise not go to school access to a free quality education.
Please get in contact today at swawou@lbresearch.com to learn more about how you can get involved and help change the lives of so many deserving young girls and women.
