Tiffany is senior business counsel at the NFL Players Association (NFLPA), where she provides legal counsel and commercial strategy to NFL Players Inc., the NFLPA’s for-profit subsidiary. In her role, Tiffany advises on a wide range of legal matters, including litigation, brand protection, and commercial transactions. With a particular attention to equity and access, she advocates for athletes’ rights and maximizes commercial opportunities for players off the field. As someone deeply engaged in the athlete experience, she understands how policy decisions translate into real outcomes for players, or lack thereof. Prior to joining the NFLPA, Tiffany served as assistant general vounsel at Leidos, where she managed the company’s litigation portfolio and internal investigations. She began her career as an Associate at Venable LLP. Tiffany earned her JD from Cornell Law School and undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. In her personal time, Tiffany is a certified personal trainer and roots for the Texas Longhorns every game day!
