Esther Jolley is an IA Director at Stobbs leading our brand extension / licensing function. She has 20+ years’ commercial experience and has worked globally across multiple industry sectors. Esther now works with clients across a wide range of industry sectors to advise and implement across all aspects of their brand licensing activity. She has previously held senior positions at three of the largest global brand licensing agencies; Beanstalk, CAA Brand Management and LMCA, where she managed licensing programmes for major brands including Procter & Gamble, Hershey's, Coca-Cola, Electrolux Group, Castrol (BP), Jaguar Land Rover, Harley-Davidson, Mercedes-Benz and Kodak. In her role supporting global brand owners, Esther has worked with best-in-class licensees around the world, operating across multiple product categories. Many of these manufacturers are large national and multi-national companies and leaders in their respective industries. Esther also has experience of working licensee-side, as General Manager of a UK manufacture and distribution business, Zeon, where she worked with licensors including Disney, Universal, Warner Brothers, Sanrio and BBC Studios.
