Esther Jolley is an IA director at Stobbs leading their brand extension / licensing function. She has 20+ years’ commercial experience and has worked globally across multiple industry sectors. Ms Jolley works with clients to advise and implement across all aspects of their brand licensing activity. She is currently working with a number of brands including Castrol and Electrolux. She has previously held senior positions at two of the largest global brand licensing agencies, Beanstalk and CAA Brand Management, where she managed licensing programmes for brands including Procter & Gamble, Jaguar Land Rover, Harley-Davidson, Kodak, Mercedes-Benz, Hershey's and Coca-Cola. Ms Jolley also has experience of working manufacturer (licensee) side, as General Manager of a UK manufacture and distribution business, where she worked with licensors including Disney, Universal, Warner Brothers and BBC Studios. Ms Jolley is part of the UK advisory board for trade body, Licensing International.
