Simon is a lawyer and expert in protecting IP online. He co-founded the media and IP law firm Wiggin, where he led on many of the key online rights protection litigation cases that stemmed from widespread and global piracy and counterfeiting. He co-founded Incopro, to provide brands and content owners with technology to track and take down IP infringements globally. Incopro was acquired by Corsearch in June, 2021. He has been recognized as an innovator in IP by the Times, Financial Times Innovative Lawyer Awards, Managing Intellectual Property Awards and Legal Week Awards.
