Neil Narriman is the general counsel of Intellectual Property at PUMA, a role he has held since 2012. He leads the company’s global intellectual property strategy, overseeing trademarks, patents, and design protection to safeguard PUMA’s brand assets. His leadership has been instrumental in ensuring robust IP enforcement and fostering innovation across the brand. In 2019, Neil was elected president of the Federation of the European Sporting Goods Industry (FESI), representing over 1,800 sporting goods manufacturers in Europe. In this role, he focuses on promoting the sector’s visibility, driving digital transformation, and addressing challenges such as counterfeiting. Neil joined PUMA in 2006, and over the years, his work has helped solidify the company’s IP portfolio, ensuring compliance and protection in various markets. He has also served as FESI vice-president and chair of the IPR task force, contributing significantly to the growth of the sporting goods industry in Europe.
