Since 2023, Mariachiara Anselmino has been part of the intellectual property department at Prada Group, where she in charge of offline and online anti-counterfeiting activities on a global scale. Mariachiara’s professional journey has equipped her with multifaceted expertise in the field of intellectual property rights enforcement. Her previous position as anti-counterfeiting specialist for the Italian Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (INDICAM) offered her a unique perspective on the challenges and best practices from an industry association viewpoint. Additionally, her role as Online Brand Protection Legal Counsel at a boutique law firm allowed her to develop specialized skills in advising clients on legal strategies for brand protection and online enforcement, further broadening her understanding of the counterfeiting landscape.
