Antony is a partner at Shoosmiths specialising in intellectual property, with a focus on litigation. He advises clients across all rights and a variety of industries, including consumer goods and retail. As a solicitor advocate, he has extensive experience of leading on disputes before the UK courts (including before the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, High Court, Patents Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court) and the UK Intellectual Property Office. He is also often charged with managing multi-jurisdiction disputes and enforcement campaigns (including across the US, Canada, Germany, France, the Unified Patents Court, the European Patent Office and the European Intellectual Property Office). Antony sits as an Appointed Person, hearing trademark appeals from the Hearing Officer at the UK Intellectual Property Office.
