Kostya is legal counsel working within the Intellectual Property team, supporting and strengthening the global IP strategy for the H&M Group — a family of brands including H&M, COS, Weekday, and others. In this role, Kostya contributes to safeguarding the company’s valuable IP assets and helps ensure that innovation, branding, and creativity are protected across diverse markets. He holds a Master of Arts in IT Law from the University of Tartu, a program known for its strong focus on the areas where intellectual property intersects with technology. His academic background and interest in technology enable a forward looking perspective. Kostya is passionate about brand protection and cybercrime investigation. He works closely with colleagues across the business to develop a holistic understanding of emerging threats and to ensure coordinated, effective responses.
