Ellen is responsible for managing Transport for London’s (TfL) trademark and intellectual property portfolio, including brand protection (with a focus on online enforcement) and the commercialisation and maximisation of brand value. This is delivered through global consumer products licensing and map licensing programmes. She has over 10 years’ experience in licensing, spanning product development, contractual negotiation, and ongoing licensee management. Ellen has worked with partners across the UK, Europe, the United States, and South Korea. Since joining TfL in 2020, she has overseen the tender and appointment of a new global licensing agency and a new brand protection agency, and has delivered high-profile collaborations with Kurt Geiger, Nike Jordan, Adidas, Arsenal FC, and Uniqlo.
