Justin possesses extensive experience in intellectual property enforcement and commercial law practice in APAC. As the regional lead for brand protection at Harman International, aside to offline enforcements, he spearheads online enforcement initiatives across the APAC region, proactively monitoring counterfeit sale and listing trends to anticipate and strategize against infringing entities. Prior to joining Harman, Justin represented clients across a wide range of industries—including luxury maisons, aviation, medical devices, F&B and manufacturing—advising on complex intellectual property, litigation and commercial matters. Following his admission to a Common Law Bar, he pursued the French Legal Qualification with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Paris, becoming the first candidate in South East Asia to graduate with Distinction. A true linguist, Justin is proficient in six languages, which enables him to operate seamlessly across diverse markets and jurisdictions.
