Steven Rosenthal is the vice president and assistant general counsel for global intellectual property and licensing at Revlon, where he is the head of IP and manages a large portfolio of license agreements for beauty products and celebrity and designer fragrances. Prior to working at Revlon, Mr Rosenthal was an associate in the IP department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and a senior IP counsel at Diageo North America, where he managed a large portfolio of IP and related license agreements for leading distilled spirits brands. Mr Rosenthal earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, cum laude in General Studies; his J.D. from Boston College Law School, cum laude; and his LL.M. from Albany Law School, summa cum laude, in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy law. He also holds several certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
