Jordan Romanoff is Senior Director & Senior Managing Counsel at BNY, Co-Head of the Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence & Innovation Legal Team. He is also Head of Marketing & Communications Legal. Prior to joining BNY, Jordan was a Senior Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jordan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. Jordan is a member of the Board of Directors for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and serves on the Technology Transformation Committee of the International Trademark Association.
