Sofya Nadgorny is the vice president, senior trademark and domain name counsel at Warner Music Group where she established the company’s trademark and domain name department. The function oversees the prosecution, enforcement and overall strategy of the company’s global portfolio of trademarks and domains, while assisting internal clients throughout a brand’s lifecycle with a practical, business-minded approach. Prior to WMG, Sofya spent ten years with The Nature’s Bounty Company managing all aspects of its global IP assets through numerous multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and divestitures. Her brand protection experience in both the consumer products and entertainment industries is evident in her tailored approach to brand protection.
