Andre coordinates the anti-counterfeiting committee at the Brazilian IP Association and is an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) anticounterfeiting committee. Andre is also a member of the IP Committee at the Brazilian Bar Association (Rio section) and holds a certification as a privacy professional, focusing on European legislation (CIPP/E).
