Lizzy Han is head of IP and brand protection at SKIMS, where she leads the company’s global intellectual property and brand protection strategy, partnering across the business to protect its creative assets, support growth and expansion, and manage IP risk across products, partnerships and markets. Founded in 2019, SKIMS is an apparel and lifestyle brand known for its innovative approach to shapewear, underwear, and loungewear, and has quickly become one of the fastest-growing brands in its category. Prior to joining SKIMS, Lizzy spent nearly a decade at Chanel where she led U.S. anti-counterfeiting and online brand protection efforts for the iconic luxury brand. Lizzy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Government Studies from Bowdoin College, a JD from the American University Washington College of Law, and an LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Technology, graduating with cum laude honors from Fordham University Law School.
